Kimberly Young MS CNS

Kimberly Young is a board certified nutrition specialist (CNS) in private practice in Dallas, Texas. As a graduate of the University of Bridgeport, she holds her Masters in Human Nutrition and is an expert in integrative nutrition therapy. Focused education in human nutrition, advanced nutritional training and clinical experience qualify her to effectively address a wide range of conditions. Kimberly’s approach is focused on dietary and lifestyle modifications with a primary focus on whole food. She uses various diagnostic tools to evaluate your unique needs and customizes results oriented programs based on your goals. All sessions are offered exclusively online.

Complete Nutrition Consultation

Every new client begins with a Complete Nutrition Consultation. This session (approximately 45 minutes) includes an evaluation of your current concerns, dietary habits and goals. I can review results from laboratory analysis completed within the previous three months (see note below regarding lab testing). Medical diagnosis, food sensitivities, factors affecting metabolism and detoxification will also be discussed. If appropriate I will suggest optional testing. Optional testing includes an additional cost.

Testing allows us to identify root causes and can help to improve overall outcomes. Testing options include:

  • Nutritional Profiling/Micronutrient Testing
  • GI Health Screens
  • Sensitivity Testing
  • Hormone Testing
  • DNA Genetic/Telomere Age Testing
